CNC Machining Centers and Swiss CNC Lathes

Our staff is well trained in fast setups and in house tool making allows us to offer the shortest lead times in the industry. Our CNC Lathes and CNC Mills are capable of micro machining up to 3/4” parts for any industry. We are specialists in micro machining parts from Aluminum, Beryllium Copper, Brass, Bronzes, Plastic, Stainless Steel, Steel, and other alloys.

At Swissomation, we have the capacity to handle micromachining parts from .004” in diameter up to 3/4" in diameter, and our mills are capable of producing complicated parts efficiently. With Swiss turning machines, multiple operations, including milling, cross drilling, and crimping, can be accomplished. This equipment can hold tolerances of +/- .0001” and their versatility minimizes or eliminates the need for secondary operations.  We specialize in machining components from exotic materials including:
