Machining Stainless Steel

Stainless Steel is known for its strength. This strength can also be changed with heat treating or cold hardening. While strong, Stainless Steel is still fairly formable, making machining easier, and making it a prime candidate for a variety of uses. Stainless Steel is corrosion resistant, and some alloys can even hold against acids.
